  • When visiting our gallery where CCTV is installed for the safety and security of customers.

  • To be able to answer any purchase queries that may be made in the future and issue refunds.

  • To keep you informed of new products, events and information.

  • CCTV is used to protect our customers, visitors to our premises and our property. CCTV images may be supplied to outside parties, such as the police or our insurers,  in the event of criminal behaviour.

How long do we keep your personal information for?

The duration of time we retain data can vary depending on the nature of the data and its use.  We will only retain your personal information for the minimum time that is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In relation to financial and transactional data this will be for a period of approximately 6 years after the date of the transaction.

Disclosures of your personal data

We will sometimes need to share data with third parties, such as the couriers we use to deliver customer orders and IT companies who support our website and services. Any third parties we supply data to are obliged to use it solely for the purpose it has been supplied for, to process it securely and to dispose of it once no longer required.
